At Hyperlite, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home essentials and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
